The S#*! People Say When You Are Pregnant

Growing a human in your body is weird, and anyone who has ever experienced this phenomenon can back me up here.  Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful, magical, even a miracle, but that doesn't stop the general public from making the situation way more aaaaawkward than it needs to be! ...

Boho Nursery Reveal!

Sooo...apparently it is completely normal to "nest" while expecting and I have been nesting this space for months like a momma bird gathering sticks one at a time; needless to say, I've been trying to make everything just perfect for the little babe's arrival.  The irony is that a newborn couldn't care less what this space looks like but for some reason it just makes me happy to do.  I will sometimes just go and sit in the glider and imagine what she will be like. Announcing Our Bendy Babe!

This is undoubtedly the happiest blog post I've written so far -and it'll be a tough one to beat.   They say change comes in threes and this year was truly all about change.  For one, if you follow me on instagram (@Her_Bendy_Life), you know that we took on the gigantic task of building a new home.  We had no desire to participate in Homearama; however, the lot that we fell in love with was one that was sectioned off as part of the show; albeit, it ended up being a blessing in disguise. The second exciting announcement is one that I am still working on (stay tuned because it is destined to be revealed sometime in 2018, and the third and most obvious life altering change is our little bundle of joy arriving in late spring!
